This research study is being done to study the effects (good and bad) of measuring the amount of CellCept in your blood to determine your CellCept dose versus taking a fixed dose of CellCept, without measuring the amount in your blood. CellCept is one of the three immunosuppressant drugs (drugs that suppress your immune system), which you will take after your kidney transplant. You will also take cyclosporine or tacrolimus and corticosteroids.
Participants must be between 18 and 70 years of age and should be receiving their first or second transplant from either a living or deceased donor. Participants will have some screening blood tests to see if they meet additional criteria.
